This is the booking application for the SPSS Helpdesk run by the Department of Methodology & Statistics of Tilburg University (Building Reitse Poort (RP))
THIS HELPDESK IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR STUDENTS OF THE SCHOOL OF SOCIAL AND BEHAVIORAL SCIENCES OF TILBURG UNIVERSITY!
**READ CAREFULLY: TERMS FOR USING THE SPSS HELPDESK:**
1. **The helpdesk is only available for helping with data-analytical questions for Bachelor and Master thesis.** We do not help with assignments or projects in individual courses.
2. The number of meetings with a helpdesk member is restricted to maximally 2.
3. Follow-up meetings are principally always with the same SPSS Helpdesk member as the first meeting (on the same day of the week).
4. If a student requires more than 2 meetings, the student's thesis supervisor must contact the coordinator of the SPSS helpdesk, dr. John Gelissen. Requests by students themselves are not taken into consideration.
5. Students have carefully studied the methodological and statistical handbooks of the MTO courses or lecture slides to solve their problems themselves before contacting the SPSS Helpdesk.
6. Students are expected to have consulted their thesis supervisor to help solve their problem(s) before contacting the SPSS helpdesk.
7. When contacting the SPSS helpdesk, students agree that their supervisor will be informed about the helpdesk request.
8. The SPSS helpdesk only answers questions about techniques covered in the regular MTO bachelor courses and Test-Theory & Test-diagnostics.

***Questions related to methods and topics that were *not* covered in these courses (e.g., Multilevel analysis, mediated moderation, moderated mediation) are *NOT* consulted on by the SPSS Helpdesk. Students have to consult their own supervisor on the application of these techniques*.**
9. The SPSS helpdesk will contact you to arrange a meeting once a booking has been made. The meeting can either be online or on campus. If the meeting is on campus, students should bring their own laptop and/or output documents to the meeting.
